Mental wellbeing is one of the most important aspect to increase productivity of current population. It is well established fact that workplace stress affect productivity very badly. As per report of The American Institute of Stress 80% of workers feel stress on the job, nearly half say they need help in learning how to manage stress and 42% say their coworkers need such help. Mental and behavioral disorders, which account for 7.4 percent of total global DALYs (Disability Adjusted Life Years).
Uniqueness of solutions provided by Vipasyam lies not only in its subject area but also the aspects covered in providing solutions. Currently available solutions focus only in one or two areas however we believe that there should be a one-stop solution to address all the psychological problems and issues. We start focusing on the problems and solutions right from the beginning of child’s birth i.e. parental counselling and early childhood development. Range
of solutions includes protective and preventive services to curative services. Our plan also includes scaleup of the products and services so that more people can get benefit in terms of receiving or providing services.
