Terms and Conditions

Vipasyam strives to give customers professional, timely, and favorable service. If the client engages Vipasyam for their business, they are agreeing to the following terms:

The Contract

  • An independent contractor relationship will be created between the client and Vipasyam, without any association or partnership implied by either party.
  • The parties will agree upon a date for the services to begin, and the charges will be assessed accordingly.
  • A monthly report on service performance will be provided to clients.
  • There must be at least 10 business days’ notice before either party can cancel or fully transfer service responsibilities to another vendor.
  • Vipasyam reserves the right to subcontract certain service tasks to a third party provider.
  • A person not a party to the Contract has no rights under or in connection with it.

Payment

  • Vipasyam requires that its clients pay a full chargeable amount prior to the commencement of any monthly service package they choose.
  • The client must pay Vipasyam 50% of the billable amount in advance, prior to the commencement of work, if Vipasyam and the client have agreed on a fixed quote regarding any services. The remaining 50% of the payment must be made within 7 days of when the services begin.
  • A monthly invoice will be sent to clients by Vipasyam in advance.
  • Vipasyam shall immediately cease providing services to its clients for non-payment of a monthly invoice. In this case, we will not be liable to issue a 10 day prior notice.

Liability

  • Vipasyam is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses caused by a delay in delivering obligated services if the delay is due to natural or uncontrollable factors.
  • The clients will defend, cover and hold Vipasyam harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities and expenses related to the services provided by Vipasyam to the clients under this agreement, including without limitation claims made by third parties related to any false advertising claims, liability claims for products or services sold by the client, claims for patent, copyright or trademark infringement, claims due to disruption or malfunction of services provided, or for any content submitted by you for publication by Vipasyam .
  • In light of the nature of digital media, any content or information submitted by clients to Vipasyam for publication will be accessible to the public as soon as the publication is made. Vipasyam will not be held liable for screening the material or any damages or losses of profit, goodwill or any business asset resulting from the nature of content being aired.

Our Pricing Policy

  • We offer different prices for different needs. Your quote is calculated based on your specific needs and the monthly usage of your website, app, or email. Request a customized quote or a personalized demo and let us show you what Vipasyam can do for you.

Waiver

  • If we fail to insist upon the strict performance of any of your obligations under the service contract or any of these terms and conditions, then this will not entitle you to be freed from any of the obligations stated in the terms and conditions and will not qualify as a waiver.
  • The waiver of any terms and conditions will only be valid if it is communicated to you in writing.

Privacy Rights

  • All information provided by the clients by filling out the contact form will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to a third party, without the clients’ consent. It will, however, be made available to Vipasyam’s employees.
  • Vipasyam will take reasonable steps to prevent loss, misuse, or alteration of your personal information.
  • The transmission of data over the internet is inherently insecure, and any kind of security can never be guaranteed by Vipasyam .
  • We use SSL encryption technology for making any kind of money transaction to ensure maximum security against online theft and fraud.
  • We may use cookies to gather statistical data on your browsing habits in order to optimize our site. Cookies are used to track browsing information/preferences of web users and to optimize our site.
  • The third party advertisers who have their ad links on our website may also use Cookies to collect statistical information about you. However, Cookies give neither us nor third parties access to any personal information about you.
  • *Vipasyam reserves the right to change the above terms and conditions at any time, including during an ongoing contract. Any changes will be notified to clients via email.
